ASME "U"
Since 2019, Bujalski belongs to a group of companies certified according to American ASME standard.
The ASME certificate applies to the manufacture of pressure vessels in the "U" range and is a special competence on the European market. The ASME organization is globally recognized as a guarantor of fullfilling the requirements of safety regulations for manufactured devices.
MODULE H, H1, G
European Parliament and Council Directive 2014/68/UE of 29 May 1991 was established to normalize the rights of countries that are members of the EU in the field of pressure equipment such as pressure vessels, piping, safety accessories and pressure accessories.
Module H (full quality assurance) describes the procedure whereby the manufacturer ensures and declares that the pressure equipment in question satisfies the requirements of the Directive which apply to it. The manufacturer, or his authorized representative established within the Community, must affix the CE marking to each item of pressure equipment and draw up a written declaration of conformity. The CE marking must be accompanied by the identification number of the notified body responsible for surveillance. The manufacturer must implement an approved quality system for design, manufacture, final inspection and testing.
Module H1 (full quality assurance with design examination and special surveillance of the final assessment). In addition to the requirements of module H, the manufacturer must lodge an application for examination of the design with the notified body. The application must enable the design, manufacture and operation of the pressure equipment to be understood, and enable conformity with the relevant requirements of the Directive to be assessed. It must include: the technical design specifications, including standards, which have been applied, the necessary supporting evidence for their adequacy.
Module G (EC unit verification) describes the procedure whereby the manufacturer ensures and declares that pressure equipment which has been issued with the certificate, satisfies the requirements of the Directive which apply to it. The manufacturer must affix the CE marking to the pressure equipment and draw up a declaration of conformity.
The TÜV SÜD concern has been an approved Notified Body (No 0036 - e.g. PED directive). This organization has supervised and certified throughout the European Union for 140 years. The certificate is a document which confirms that our organization and our products meet the above-described standards, valid in the European Union.
